Circle Round

Aloha, Beloveds♡ I am writing today from a profound state of gratitude and wonder. I was blessed with the company of beautiful souls last night in celebration of my 45th trip around the Sun. Singing, toning, sharing, playing under the almost fullmoon, watching the fire dance in our smiling eyes, we created a circle. Actually, we created multiple circles.

Most of the folks met for the first time last night. And we chose each other. We chose, individually and collectively, to engage and make magic with one another. We made a party, complete with gauva/calamansi/honey margaritas, with prayer. A party with prayer. Yep. We skipped the awkward small talk and dove in to authentic us!

After a gratitude circle blessing the nourishment of the food and company we circled again with sound and toning, blessing, wishing. We circled in a spiral hug, circled our hands in spiralling love for the Divine, circled round the fire and sang, drummed and sparkled. Circle circle circles ♡

Wow! And in reflection, I am blessed even more deeply as I remember all the circles of my life, the prayers and laughter, tears and sacredness and delightful silliness of gathering together.

Today I am feeling a rooted calm, a centering in the circle of life, community, family. Wherever we are we have this vast opportunity to be present and join. When we are in need of connection, let's look around, be vulnerable enough to dream, ask, create the circles of support and love we crave and thrive in.
